 Games Room
Table tennis, pool table and air hockey table. The 60sq m games room is fully equipped with bar fridge, dart board, table football, air hockey, table tennis and a pub sized pool table. There is also a kareoke machine with a selection of music and board games.
 Bathroom
Shower and bath. The very large bathroom has a double sink unit with lights above the mirror, plenty of storage space and a hairdryer. The large corner bath also has views over the beautiful countryside. There is also a large shower with excellent water pressure. The storage cupboard contains your bath and swimming towels. The WC is separate.
 Salon
Video player, toys, flatscreen lcd television with remote control and satellite, video player, seating capacity for 8 people, sofa bed, playstation 2 games console, dvd player and cd player. This enormous living area is fully equipped with large television, DVD/video, large range of books, board games, playstation2 with games and a daybed for an extra adult or child or just for that afternoon snooze! It has French doors leading to the courtyard and to your terrace and garden.
 Dining Area
The dining table seats eight but can extend to seat 12 to 16 people and it comes with an antique high chair.
 Kitchen - Dining
Oven, microwave, high chair, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. This enormous kitchen / dining area is light, airy and spacious. It is fully equipped with everything you need, with enough crockery and glasses to host your own aperitif evening or dinner party! It has double French doors to the terrace and private garden and a large glass door to the courtyard. The dining table seats eight but can extend to seat 12 to 16 people and it comes with an antique high chair.
 Green Room
Double bed. This is my favourite. It has double French doors leading to the courtyard and although spacious, has a lovely cozy feel.
 Kids Room
1 single bed, cot and bunk bed. This room has a bunk bed with roll away single underneath and place for a cot. Plenty of storage space and a ceiling fan. It has an interleading door to the Blue Room as well as a door onto the main passage so can be used for adults or children.
 Blue Room
King size bed. This is a very spacious bedroom with french doors to the terrace outside. The views from the doors, and indeed, when lying in bed are stunning as you look across your private garden across the unspoilt French countryside.

Within the local area there are facilities for fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, golf and canoeing.</font></p>
