It is excellent for walking and particularly cycling and there is a fresh water swimming lake with a sandy beach in a nearby village. It is close to the 'Rhone Village' wine area, 40 minutes from Avignon and Orange. Nimes and Marseille airports 80 minutes away. Flassan has a shop which satisfies most needs.</font></p><p><font color="#666666" size="2">The 350 year old house (recently renovated) consists of a lounge, kitchen, two double bedrooms, large bathroom and a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the valley. Close by are lakes and gorges. Its 'typically old provercal!'</font></p>
