<div align="justify">Le Presbytere - sleeps up to 8 Although this house (originally built in 1832 and parts of the lower date back to Medieval times) has recently been refurbished, it has retained its authentic French charm. The property consists of an enclosed front garden with double wrought iron gates leading to a central entrance where you will find three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. The middle bedroom can be converted into a children's bedroom that sleeps up to 4 with bunk beds (on request). It also has a separate family bathroom and independent WC.</div> Bedroom 1 Large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 Spacious double bedroom can be converted in to children's bedroom to accommodate two sets of bunk beds (on request).  Bedroom 3 Large double bedroom situated adjacent to the main bedroom, which incorporates a bath and shower. An independent WC. The sweeping stairway leads to the lower level featuring a farm house kitchen, fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, range cooker, separate single oven and fridge-freezer. There is a door that leads to the spacious gardens and terraced area. La Cressonniere - sleeps up to 10 As the name suggests, this property was once a small farm growing watercress. Originally built in 1846, this property was up until 2000, being used as a grain store. One feature of the property, is the ‘Pigeonnier’ (Stone built pigeon loft / dovecote). Pigeonniers' are typical features of many buildings in South-West France. After the revolution, every family was given the right to build one. A complete refurbishment was undertaken in 2002. The modernisation has resulted in a very spacious and contemporary interior. Bedroom 1 The staircase rises up to the Pigeonnier, which incorporates a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.  Bedrooms 2 & 3 From the half landing, are a further two bedrooms. The first being a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The second, being the master bedroom boasting a beautiful spacious bedroom with flat screen TV and satellite connection. It has a private dressing room and a further bathroom. This stunning bathroom has a bath, separate shower, two wash basins, toilet and bidet.  Bedroom 4 At the other end of the living room is a small corridor leading to the fourth bedroom, separate bathroom and WC. The staircase also descends into the lower level with access to the garden and kitchen / dining room. The kitchen / dining room features a gas range cooker, microwave, coffee maker, wine cooler, washing machine and 2 dishwashers. The room is also home to the main indoor dining area for the property. Leading off the kitchen is a shower room / WC. The kitchen leads out to the magnificent terrace, outdoor dining and pool area.  Exterior The large private gardens are ideal for outdoor dining; children's play areas and also incorporates the newly fitted swimming pool complete with automatic electric cover. <table cellspacing="10" cellpadding="0" width="100%" border="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td>Services The houses are serviced weekly and for an additional fee, daily domestic services can be provided (price on application). Both living rooms have satellite television. There is a library of books to read during your stay as well as an assortment of games suitable for all ages. N.B.
