It has an open plan kitchen/dining and sitting room leading to the garden and the terrace.&nbsp; A good size shower room and a seperate toilet.<br /> <br /> The house is extremely light and airy with windows opening onto the centre of the village and to the garden.&nbsp;&nbsp; It has a lovely&nbsp;terrace with fruit trees and shrubs and magnificent views to the mountains on all sides.&nbsp;&nbsp;A BBQ and garden furniture are provided.&nbsp; A&nbsp;beautiful local swimming pool is just 10 mins away or swim in the river at one of the many rock pools. The border with&nbsp;Spain is just 10 mins by car and the beaches of the med are just 40 mins. Figueres and Barcelona are 1 hr and 2hrs respectively.<br /> <br /> Nearest airports are Girona and Perpignan.&nbsp; Mid-week changovers by arrangememt.<br /> </font>
